The “Life Skills and Motivational Seminars” (LSMS) is the Values Formation and Personality Development component of our Education Program. It is a major component of the Education Program. It is a monthly seminar that is required attendance for all Charity First scholars. The seminars seek to impart and enhance values and life skills through a wide and carefully selected range of topics and activities. Seminars include:
- Sharing and bonding time between scholars and facilitators
- Lecture/Presentation by Speakers/facilitators
- Workshops/activities to enhance learning
- Group discussions
- Opportunities for Self-expression and Public speaking
Intended Outcome of LSMS
- Heightened self-confidence and self-esteem
